Submitting a contact or estimate request form on this Site does not create a service contract or any obligation on the part of either party. A free on-site estimate is a preliminary assessment only. All work is contingent on a separate written agreement signed by both parties that specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, and price.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices may change if site conditions or project scope change after the initial assessment.
Specific payment terms for masonry services will be outlined in your project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we typically require a deposit prior to work commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in your contract.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of their due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in your project contract. We reserve the right to suspend or halt work on any project where payment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
